We get a lot of questions about our premade meal plans for weight loss, from both Toronto residents and beyond. Whether you are looking for a high carb, low carb or low fat option, our goal is to make sure our meal subscription box plans offer some of the best results in Toronto and the rest of Ontario.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We alternate Menu A and Menu B every week. This allows us to provide more variety while maintaining the macro and micro consistency of each plan.

ORDER PROCESS

You can order 1 week or 4 week plans, weekly subscription plans, individual meals or bulk proteins, carbs and greens.

The 4 week plans and the subscription plans offer a 5% discount.

POST-DELIVERY PROCESS

As soon as you receive your meals, you will need to store them in your refrigerator, set between 1 degree C and 4 degrees C. The meals will stay fresh in the refrigerator for approximately 5 days, but we recommend that you consume them within 3 days. Fresh, preservative-free meals have a higher probability of spoilage, and storage temperature is a critical factor.

Please note that consuming undercooked meats may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. The probabilitty of this is very low however, due to our strict food safety practices.

Plan your day wisely! Depending on whether you order 2, 3 or 4 meals a day, you might still have to prepare some meals for yourself. A protein shake, yogurt or some nuts are great, quick options for additional meals throughout the day.

You can warm up your meal in the microwave in the container provided. If you warm up your meal in a toaster oven or a regular oven, you will need to use an oven friendly container.

At the beginning, if required, we recommend that you use additional sauces (ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, etc) and spices (Mrs Dash, oregano, pepper, salt, etc). A small amount is fine and will do wonders in terms of keeping you on course! Sustainability! Sustainability! Sustainability!

You do not need to return the containers. The container bases are compostable and they go in the green bin. The lids are recyclable and they go in the blue bin.

I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. WHICH PLAN SHOULD I GO WITH?

All meals are portion-controlled and promote fat loss and muscle gains.

LIFESTYLE entrees have more variety and more flavour than ATHLETE entrees, making it easier to adopt a healthy lifestyle and eating structure at the beginning.

If you are used to eating flavour-rich foods and need to lose some weight (body fat), start with LIFESTYLE for the first 1-2 weeks. You will see results!

Our most common plan is 1 BREAKFAST and 2 LIFESTYLE ENTREES per day.

That being said, all our plans are great! Getting started is most important! Pick any plan and we can change it the following week!

HOW MANY MEALS AM I GETTING? WHEN?

All plans cover you for a week (6 days), and you are receiving 2 deliveries every week, one at the beginning of the week on Sunday or Monday, and the second delivery mid-week on Wednesday or Thursday.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN MEALS?

Yes! If you want to pick your own meals, please order from the Pick Individual Meals menu.

You can also specify your allergies during checkout.

If you are placing a subscription order, you can customize your meals anytime, by filling out a Custom Menu form. You will find the Custom Menu forms in your My Account.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE ON LONG WEEKENDS?

On long weekends we deliver on Sunday evenings and Tuesday mornings.

CAN I PAUSE/CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION ANYTIME?

There are no contracts or penalty fees. If you are away for a while or want to take a break, you can pause or cancel your plan. Please send us an email request by Friday, the week prior to your break. Email us back when you are ready to jump back in.
