Description
To sleep better, you need to optimize your circadian rhythm. Your circadian rhythm is an internal 24-hour body clock that regulates daily cycles of wakefulness/alertness and sleepiness. This system is strongly affected by light exposure. Bright light wakes us up, hence it is best to view it early in the morning, but not late in the evening. When possible, view sunlight in the morning and reduce bright light exposure in the evening.
Reducing exposure to bright blue light (400 – 500 nm) at night will improve your circadian rhythm, your sleep time and quality and alleviate eye strain. Wear these at night after sunset, especially if you are in bright environments or in front of screens. Style & Function!
